Thank you for showing interest in letting us host your online store!


How does it work?

  • First, we help you design and price top-selling apparel.
  • Once the designs and pricing are approved, we start to build your website.
  • You decide the price you would like to charge online. You can charge the cost, or you can mark up the price in order to fundraise.
  • We open the store for two weeks. Parents can order online at their own convenience during the two-week ordering window.
  • Once the store closes, you sit back, while we do the rest! We collect all the orders and print all the apparel. This takes about 2 weeks.
  • The orders are individually packaged by student, boxed by teachers, and delivered to your school.
  • If you marked the price of the product up, we will calculate the money raised (your profit) and write a check made out to your organization. This is also a great way to get your merch store started with a limited budget.

Why use an online store?

  • It’s FREE! This includes design and hosting.
  • It’s CONVENIENT! No collecting cash, checks, and credit cards. No spreadsheets, and no late nights counting and packaging shirts!
  • It’s PROFITABLE! There is no extra inventory. We understand that the PTA is run by volunteers, often with limited resources, so we want to help you prevent extra shirts and unsold inventory that you have to house.
  • It’s EFFICIENT! It's a very minimal labor volunteer position within your organization! We know recruiting volunteers to chair programs can be difficult. Our team prides ourselves in quick, effective communication, so whoever chairs your merchandise program can be assured they won't have to put in "hours upon hours" of work when they work with us!

What are the conditions?

  • We generally only use our own designs (please contact us for special exceptions). We don't charge a design fee for our own designs! We have two goals by offering the FREE web store:
  1. This method places the bulk of the system onto our plate, therefore creating a "win-win" for both of us as it helps us continue our relationship with schools, year to year, even with change in leadership, volunteers, etc, as the information is already stored on our end.
  2. It gives us a chance to show our designs and how different, fashion-forward designs really help drive sales. Kids don’t need to have “kid” designs. Say goodbye to hand drawn pictures of unicorns!
  • We host the first four listing items in the online store FREE of cost to you! Additional listings will be charged $40 per item to host. We have seen that more options does not correlate to more sales. But more options increases our labor cost, so we have to charge for additional items. Two different colored shirts with the same design is considered two items.
  • We limit the online store to twice a year. Most schools choose to open it in the Fall and Spring.
